Hello Guillam.. I totally agree with you that it's hard to argue if a dog is "purebreed" when you don't have the papers. Pepper (my shih tzu) is PCCI registered. She is one the grand daughters of Phil HOF Yaki Chins God of Love x Phil Ch Kee Lee's Just for Yaki (USA). So basically, she is a breed coming from the Yaki and Achilles line. Standard sized shih tzu.

But, even if nahitabo pa that Pepper has no papers, i would still love her just the way we are loving her now. Having a shih tzu was once a childhood dream. and now, I have one..

I think shipoos are interesting along with labradoodles.. These are dogs without papers but they are really gorgeous designer dogs. Hypoallergenic pa. In fact, would want to own one.. adoption, anyone?

just got a golden ret, yes. a new breed addition to our kennel. pls check the other thread which i started about the golden retriever we have. we used to only have GSD and ST on our kennels.

i did this also im not shaving my shih tzu hair but i only shave the belly part, para nice japon tanawn bisan buntis na ang dog hehe..

unsa man e hatag sa doggie para nindot iya coat makalagot kaau amo shitzu kai mag tangle mangud iya buhok...sa shampoo guro noh? duda kow ana gud. mag tangle iya hair. bati na nuon kaau. unsai nindot nga shampoo nga dili au mahal?

Actually, it's a combination of shampoo, conditioner and a lot of brushing.. Shih tzus need to be brushed frequently.. at least 15 minutes, 2 times a day.. plus nice jud nga mag conditioner para soft iya coat. A dirty coat can also contribute to the matting so best is to bathe your shih tzu and brush regularly..

ako, i use the human hairband.. kana bitaw mura ug towel and texture.. naa man pangbata. mao na ako use for her daily topknot kay any rubber band even if kato pa pang dogs makaputol jud ug hair..
