sa among lab one each day lang sa among gipatumar kay sometimes if masubraan kay naa man tendency nga mag diarrhea. other people give about 3 capsules per day kung walay show. but if its your first time to use fish liver oil, i suggest you start with one capsule then gradually increase it. i hope that helps.

use DREAM COAT. mao na pinaka nindot para sa coat sa iro. di gyud ka magmahay. mahal pero garantisado. i've tried cod/shark liver oil, omega and expensive shampoo but dili ko satisfied sa result.

and usa pa dapat ang iro nimo sige nga limpyo. useless gamit ka mga supplements unya imo iro naa lang sige tambay sa basurahan hehe :P
