medyo hinay ang implementation sa infrastructure dire sa cebu, while real estate companies (filinvest,aboitiz land,primary structures,robinsons) are very agressive on their projects, ug uban pod commercial buildings underconstruction.

For sure, these plans would a great amount of budget. Government will borrow again from the World Bank. hahai Here it comes again. An opportunity for the government employees and leaders. There dreams can't wait.

Hard to believe anything that comes from the Philippine Government... What I also fear is the same as the other posters here... That Cebu may become too overcrowded like Manila is... with traffic moving to a crawl that getting from Fuente to Lahug will take 3hrs.! That scenario gives me the shivers...
I hope Cebu City will stay the same as I remembered it...
