    para nako dli myth ang number 3. better cguro walking or other exercise but not the gym. at first nindot ang gym. den mawala dayon ang gana kay dali kapoy.on coz walay stamina. discipline jud need ani.

    i think you should train yourself to eat less...dili pud ingon ka pagutom nga makalipong na...
    sa una murag di ko mabuhi kung walay snacks katung paghiskul naku..karon college naku, naanad na ko nga dretso na lunch....mind over body..
    naa pud ko classmate sa una..iya diet kay breakfast, lunch,den snack sa hapon (igo masatisfy imu hunger) then mamainit nalang cya inig kagabii....nidaot lagi cya ato..karon tambok npud tu cya ron kay cge nmn pud kaon...
