if kita/ako lang makabout, i would say nga mas nahan ko mag.una ko sa akong mga parents/family... (btw, i lost my tatay when i was 22) but, sad to say, nga dili man tah makabout gud.. well, we can always kill ourselves but it's against the will of God. We don't have the right to do that... so, sa ako lang, kung makabout ko, mas nahan ko ako mag.una sa ilaha.. Pero, dili nako cguro ma take ang kasakit na ma feel sa ako mama kung mao man gani na ang mahitabo,.. 100% sakto jud ang g.ingon ni sol....

So, kung unsa man gani pagbout sa Ginoo para nato, Siya na bahala ana.. ^_^ total, ready naman sad ko, and as you said, ready na sad ka.. So, no need to worry.. ^_^.. Just enjoy the ride.. aryt?^_~

I think what you're feeling is common to those who are the youngest in the family, kanang the "baby" brother or sister in a brood. My youngest sibling has also made the same declaration of attachment, saying that if our parents die, it might as well as he dies.

Hindi ako sure kung ano ang circumstances mo with your family but I've observed my own and my friends family where a lot of attention and a lot of lenience is given to the youngest child.

Though of course meron attention and recognition ang eldest child but it has its own pressures and responsibilities as well. For the youngest, a lot of things get done for him or her especially if the child is definitely going to be the 'last'.

So I don't think its surprising na the youngest should feel such deep and strong attachments to the parents (especially if they're very caring and loving) and find it hard to imagine LIFE without the care and nurture.

As to the thread's question, I think that my parents would prefer to go ahead first~ it's in that often-unspoken, natural order of things. If I or any of my siblings were to pass away before my parents, I think my parents would live in utter misery kay it's not how its supposed to be. Isn't it painful for a parent to bury a child?
