we have the same problem bro istorya_19 when I assembled my mATX.
problema jud ning mga mATX nga case..lisud kaau pangita ug HSF nga perfect fit.
just look at the dimensions of HSF (manufacturer specs) then measure your case from the processor to the top (make an estimate lang)

The way I see it, murag kelangan jud i mod imo Case to give way sa mga nindot2 nga HSF.
Here's a pic of the HSF I am using in my mATX just to give u an idea if pwede ba sa imo.

Trendsonic Diva na bro? AMD imo board? coz if AMD, higher ang chance mas central/closer to the NB ang proc area...your best option would be low profile heatsinks...
if Intel imo board & you're willing to modify your case a bit...

yes bro. m currently using a mobo from AMD and tinuod jud na mas duol sa NB. nice setup. same ra ta ug case but even if i modify it, i guess low profile ra gihapon ako.
