soo pwede ra one person in one room noh... kanang prices sa rooms, fixed nana noh? kung 1 or 2 person mo stay, the same ra gihapon ang price noh....

nice neighborhood, gated house, own entrance, near Caltex station, near Litang's, just about 100 mts from Hi-way so no vehicle-noise. One jeepney ride to most primary routes, schools, offices, malls, other establishments.

2 rides to IT PARK..BUT jeepney ride or taxi is not an issue here as there are a lot of taxi's jeepneys plying at all times...

5 people here work in IT PARK and is not bothered by the distance...
