    Also, everytime I experience this and maka-mata ko, dili usa ko mupadayon ug tulog balik. What I do is stand up and try to walk around like mu-inom ba ug tubig. I stand up for about 3-5 mins before going back to sleep.

    I don't know why but it seems to help. Because when I go back to sleep right away, mubalik man. Paeta...

    Yes because is has something to do with the NERVOUS SYSTEM specifically THE HUMAN BRAIN!

    magbalik2 jud bitaw nang urom pero mag ampo ra man ko.mawala ra man sya pero kanang magpinagahi kog kasing2 di ko moampo ba. na balikbalikan jud ko....mosangpit ra ko Jesus I Love You di na dayon mobalik.

    I agree bro. Ako gyud ni i-apil sa ako pag-ampo before ko matulog. Kay murag walay lain makatabang nato kung urongon ta ang Ginuo ra gyud.

    Ganina buntag giurom ko..as in permi nako uromon...ang naka pait ani kay makita nimo ang palibot pero dili jud ka makalihok...sakto tong isa nga nagcomment sa page 1..i move ra ang head left and right until makamata ko..

    ganina buntag mauy murag grabi kay ni ngit2x na akong panan-aw and i cant breathe anymore..di nasad nako ma move akong head...i prayed our father sa akong mind while ngit2x akong panan-aw and the last thing i know is nakamata ko...cguro if dili jud mopray madayonan jud cguro coz mwala man ang ginhawa gud..sangpit jud sa Ginoo if ever dili na makaya ang urom..

    Drink lots of water before sleeping para dili uromon kay in the middle of your sleep maka mata mo para mangihi! hehehe
