We as Catholics were thought to contemplate deeply when reading the bible, because there are parts of it, that if taken literally and without proper thinking, might end up being used against us or as agents of weakening our faith. And you guys call it absurdity. If you want to attack our church you might as well use something that we are not prone to proper refute from the "catholic pro's". So what if those verses are true... you are the only sect of people(aside from the "others") who takes it literally and use it against us, which is quite lame.

Filipinos has religion, the same way you are whining about them, meddling with the government with a religious mindset, as an atheist(please forgive if you are not one) who thinks religion should not be included in the minds of the people when they talk about their government, they are too are thinking about the exact opposite idea.
