first and foremost, i talk to God about anything especially problems.... but of course not only that but to thank him of his Graces and blessings....
2nd, i talk to my husband.... he is my bestfriend, he listens to my problems, give advices, tells me what to do and what not to do... he is someone i know who will never leave me in any kind of hardship or situation
