pretty much real environment... but it's up to the person if he/she would go with the flow and be influenced by all these negative things... it's not really the callcenter but some people who have different upbringing from the others... we just can't deny the fact that those kinds of people mentioned are present in this kind of industry although some remained upright and righteous with their work...

The topic doesn't only apply to call center industry but this is also true to all other fields. Most people noticed these kind of negative vibes in a call center it is bec call center industry has a bigger percentage compared to other lines of work.

Like our company, we also have professionals like doctors and nurses working in our clinics to ensure that we are well at all times while working. We have good IT professionals, in fact most of them are males, who are working hard in maintaining our network specifically our workstations i.e. AVAYA's and PC's. We also have HR supports who are encharge of backend works and other HR related stuff.
