Contact Center here in LRDC is new and is still on it's first year. A lot of eployees are satisfied with the pay, the environment and the job. A very little pressure. A few rules. Kind people. With this features, I believe employees will stay long or may not leave the company. But a lot changes are happening right now like saving or cost-cutting due to crisis. Probabably most of the employees were a bit schocked and uncomfortable with the changes. Was it the fault of the company where employees were so pampered and if there's a change then it's difficult to accept? What can you say about the changes? Aren't they too much or just fine to adjust in the everchanging environment?
