@fredrich64: Reliable trusted ang HEC mao na ilang retail PSU products since they were the original and reliable OEM manufacturer of 95% psus all over the world.

I tried HEC Raptor, cougar, winpower they were best PSU's in the market. Di ni akoa pag promote or advertise sa HEC kundi sa pag hatag pud ug info about HEC where you cant go wrong. Pareha nako karon pako kabalo ana. See my thread about psu's.

Price + Performance = HEC go for it, two thumbs up!

Sure ka bro? research kuno ug balik bro kay 101% pod kang wrong. and FYI bro sa pilipinas ra pod na sikat imong HEC. One piece of advice bro, if you're not sure of what you're talking, you better keep your mouth shut...

regarding with quality and budget, i think HEC should be good enough. i've been using HEC almost all of my unit since 2004 (5yrs and still all running smoothly) used for 3d rendering, video editing and web/graphics design but so far i didn't encounter some problems.

    PSU tested
    - 3 Ace Power 420
    - 5 Ace Power 480
    - 2 Winpower 550
    - 1 Raptor 500

but for gaming I recommend Corsair, PC Power, and Thermaltake. they said Silverstone is ok but i haven't tried it yet

voltage will drop down to 5% lower as the load requires more current. This is to maintain a certain power level while the current requirement varies.
