surprisingly the prices for shih tzu are cheaper in Cebu than Manila . The quality has improved tremendously but some of the buyers have not. Take a luk and compare, I also want a satisfied buyer somebody that feels happy that the amount he or she paid is considered a good buy. All the other brother and sisters were sold at a much higher price and since it was the last puppy I have repriced it at 12T.
