going back to ur question, i used 4x sa advanced settings kay sa in-game, duha ka option ra ang anti-aliasing, either no AA or full AA. i tried diffrent and default settings for d3d anisotropic filtering and smoothvision. there is a lot of diffrence in terms of textures and clarity when i use 4x AA. i actually took screenshots of my control panel and my nfsmw game proper.

its impossible to use full scene AA on this card, because 4 pipelines are not enough to handle it. this can only handle 4x AA, from what i had tested. beyond that, 8x or 16x, gaming becomes a slide show.

nindotah ah! that is why i was like having a hard time making some peeps understand that i only use 4x AA, but still, some believed, some didn't. but of course, u cant please anyone.

i was simply trying to find out the limits of this card interms of 3d apps. of course, i know now that i could still play some new games. i am downloading Boiling Point:Road to Hell via torrentspy, but i doubt if i can play that game with this card. then that would be the right time to get a new one.

mind you cyber..i've exhausted every effort to find all tweaks in the world to bump up the performance of my old 9200SE, but all of those just ends up in vain...9200SE simply don't have the processing and the memory bandwidth [64-bit] to play latest games decently at mid and high settings [800x600 resolution up]..that is why i give up on this card and switch to 6600GT.

i know what u mean with that. but still, its fun for me. m holding on to this card for now. cuz building a 64-bit rig is not cheap. anyways, i adjusted to 2x anti-alias using 768mb of mem.

by the way, can u give me some advise?

if naa kay geil pc3200 512mb, gamiton or i-mix ba na nimo sa PQI na 256mb pc400 or remove the PQI to avoid crashes? if ever?

depende ra sa mobo uy... naay mobo nga dili nimo pwede i-mix ang single sided ram ug double sided. check lang sa compatibility sa mobo.
