My sister working abroad tasked me to look for a house and lot in a subdivision, im not so familiar with real estate so i decided to post in this forum hoping maybe you guys could help me.
my sister wanted a house near any of these: Talisay, Minglanilla, Banawa, Labangon basta somewhere diha dool south, he wanted in a subdivision to ensure security, but if you guys could recommend bisan wala sa subdivision basta nindot ang place nya fully fenced and place, please PM me... giilad? im encouraging you to ask for the license if u want to check the legitimacy..
unlicensed practitioners are sanctioned w/ at least 40k penalty..up to 120k per offense
naa man giissue ang DTI nga ID..that is for your protection.

check the name, and note down the license number..
then iverify sa DTI...
If u want broker jud imo kadeal..
Naa pud agents na magpabroker, i check pud na sa ID..
Nastate man didto nga broker ba or salesman

Then visit their office. A legitimate brokerage firm should have a fixed address.

Or im encouraging you that u deal w/ REALTORS
REALTORS are special brokers w/ a pledge of clean transaction
They are accredited by the Natl Assoc. of REALTORS in the US
If a member do something unprofessional, they can easily facilitate the stripping off of the license
And a memorandum could easily be facilitated to inform all REALTORS Organization in the world of the misdeed.
