well at first, feels like heaven. but after a while, it's kinda boring. coz, same routine, and your expenses are getting higher or bigger. after all, i'm still contented and hapi coz i still got this job. thank GOD. mabuhay ang mga call center pipz....

like what they say, kapoy pero rewarding man basta pay day na.. hahahaha
nya kung 1st time nimo, ihas pa kaayo ka nya EOP jud(karon mag bisaya miskan naay sup.. depende rapud asa nga CC).. hahaha.. pero kadugayan kay routine na kaayo wui.. mag duka naka mag take ug calls.. ma alive ra kung irate ang customer(kay awayon man pud).. hahaha..

2nd call center experience(present)- ganahan kaau ko kay dili ra strict.. nindot kaau.. wa jud ko na-stress. different man gud xa sa normal na call center... actually, bag-o ra ni nga company... mga virtual personal associates ang tawag sa mga agents...[/quote]

1s call center (Cagayan de Oro) wah grabe ka stress daun duka as in to the max every shift hahaha boring pa jud! TL cge iwas sa SupCall mwuahahaha magka buang kog explain sa caller na ako TL kamatyunon so dili mka tubag sa call LOL sus jud ko! ang monthly sallary kai 7 thou ra...hehe but thanks sa experience..I've gained a lot from the training and the hands on application... nag Awol after 5 months hehe
2nd call center... nanimpalad sa Cebu..dako na sweldo almost times 3 sa 1st call center ...nagtinarung kunuhay sa call pero cge pud absent kai wala gana! hahaha na home sick..cge pangita excuse para mag absent.. wla na regular...
After 5 months, on the process na ko karun for another call center hehehe so help me GOd
