yup. there were no externally hired L2 and L2 are not utilized anymore here in ETEL. i dunno with other technical programs.

i think this kind of job give us better oppurtunities working abroad and it give u an edge to other applicants in the future if ull be applying for another job in the future.

***i think the only disadavantage working in call center is that what other people perceive of what a call center is. most of them think that its like telemarketing and ur killing urself to get a sale.

tsr life is challenging, u dont only do troubleshooting but customer service and customer care at the same time... kapoy lng!!!
