when i was working there, my base pay is 15k + 3k tech support premium depends on ur tenureship. unya naa pa mga bonuses if u reach ur target metrics. I worked there for 1 yr and 9 months then resign ko kay agent gihapon ko. it's true that you have to be close to the higher ups para ma promote. If I only applied the rule " Keep ur friends close and ur enemies closer " Trainer na unta ko ..LoL!!!
teletech so far is the worst call center for me...I stayed with them for almost 6 months, I was part of their new account. HCD and management sucks like hell!!!!!! Plus the pay is very small. That company needs to change their whole HCD team, they cannot just put a blind ear on their employees. If you look into their mess right now, they have a lot of skeletons on their closet and they don't even acknowledge and do something about it, basta lang nga di ma apektuhan ilang accounts and to their advantage lang gyud!!!
Here's a few things that I want to point out with that messed up company:
1. The death of Bai Ibarita (mag tago tago tawon sila sa media kay "no coment" sila as uselss)
2. Suicide of their other agent.
3. *** scandal of a product trainer and agent
I just hope these people will take the feedbacks here constructively, because they seriously need improvements on how they run things.

bati sad ila hiring processess. what i mean is, hinay kau ang processing.. unlike other companies nga ditso2..magmika jud applicants nila ai..
