And besides usb ports di na ing ana ka sayon maguba, else naay abnormalities imong voltage sa kuryente and not that stable anyway. if you plug in a usb drive and it's getting power, it's not completely dead, there's still hope.
but if you don't see the LED light up, it's toast.
