Default help on LCD problem: no display but has power

the ff pics are from the lcd supply and the vga input board.

Bro, fixing electronic parts w/o a tester is like taking an exam w/o a pen.

It's a big plus that you know how to disassemble the parts and analyze the components. Use a tester to read the components para ma detect gyud nimo unsa ang daot. Lisod nang mag mata-mata lang.

Good luck fixing the LCD monitor.

@ethzneuron: better dal-a na sa service center jud para di mo samot ang problem, pangita lang ug service center na no fix no pay. You shouldn't fix that by your self without a professional experience, like what beloyski said to you it just taking an exam without a pen and enough knowledge.

    Suggestion lang na!

have you tested the Viewsonic LCD on another computer?
have you tested the computer's GPU w/ another monitor?
if you're sure it's not the video card then my guess is the inverter not supplying enough voltage.
    check the FETs and Semiconductors.
