Nearly a year later, in the ninth lunar month (Chislev, November/December), the scroll containing the dictated message was read before King Jehoiakim. As soon as Jehudi read three or four page-columns, that section was cut off and thrown into the fire burning in the brazier of the king’s winter house. Thus the entire scroll was committed to the flames section by section. Jehoiakim ignored the pleas of three of his princes not to burn the roll. He particularly objected to the prophetic words that pointed to the desolation of Judah at the hands of Babylon’s king.( Jer 36: 21-29)

I thought it was a sign of ignorance to want to destroy literature you may call it one. But I discourage you guys not to destroy the work of God. Please don't...

As of Now no one did destroyed the Bible. It is accounted that there are aroun 1.5Billion to almost 2Billion believers (not accurate). Statistics show no one ever discredit the Bible. If you insult God then someone someone must and will rebuke you guys not because we are friend or relative but because God love's you and God is touching someones heart to show it to you. Thats the most we can do for now as Christians.

Yea they might have made alteration or just an addition you call it whatever. But it is the Doctrine that is changing. And upto today the Bible is still the Bible. But it is my great previledge to have been read the Bible and know my creator.

I am not sure about the Different Bible but so far on what I have search the Original/Jewish Book. Anyways the instruction on doctrines is also written in the scriptures meaning ang manual about how to use the Bible About you about others Its all written there so I believe the Book is still intact in itself.

The Doctrines are just beliefs and not necessarily grounded on TRUTH for there are thousands of Christian denominations and sects who have different and conflicting doctrines and beliefs and they are just nothing but beliefs!

My point was...you said that the bible cannot be destroyed. so i replied...The mere fact nga it is not the original manuscripts, kanang bible karon, means nga na destroyed jud ang bible. Contradictory sa imo statement nga wala'y maka destroy sa bible.

So dili alarming sa imo nag mga alterations or mga different VERSIONS sa bible? like...the King james trinity verse? nga wala sa reliable manuscript but gi INSERT nila sa king James? Then asa man ang correct nga VERSION sa bible...ang Catholic version nga composed of more than 66 books or ang protestant version?
