Panawag lang sa Aviation Training One International sa Dumaguete Airport.

aircraft maintenance technology is a ladderized course in some schools including mine (philippine state college of aeronautics)...ladderized meaning u can either take the associate degree (2 yrs) or the bachelor's degree (4yrs)...all bachelor's degree graduates are also literally graduates of the 2 yr course...in short, ni proceed...the civil air regulation pertaining to licensing of airmen specifically mechanics require that applicants for the A&P license should have at least 2 years education in aircraft maintenance and an OJT time of 240 hours if im not mistaken...

@cptn_star: Yes, students have the freedom to choose... The more practical, the better - whichever is favorable to them (considering time, location, tuition, etc). What's important is the training and skill that they obtain from their ? years in college so that they will be assured of a better career later on.
@ferdM16: Naay mga schools sa Cebu nga nagoffer ug 2years (AMT) as mentioned in this thread. But I'm not sure if naay pareha ug curriculum sa aviation training one.

kung graduate na knanglan man gihapon mag pundo ug experience (mahug ra gihapon ug ojt) aron mka trabaho. A&P license is not enough, knanglan pd naa work experience.
