what i mean is, kung naay manawag nimo gawas sa cebu, like bacolod or ormoc or manila, mag dial gyud sya 032-316-XXXX. its not working....

I have tried DUO and its as good as your GSM call. A very nice and innovative promo by Globe!Layo ra kaayo ang PLDT landline plus kay it doesn't require another cp to carry around!Pretty good for business!

You said your sister called you using a Globe Landline from Dumaguete? Is it free? I asked the Globe Customer Service at SM few weeks ago and they said it is free but when I asked the Customer Service at 211, they said it is not free. Which is which?
