Best shoes for sports: Nike or Adidas? Or any other brand?

I'm planning on buying new shoes for my sports activities. Sagol2x man so I wanted something nga pwede bisan asa like running, hiking, wall-climbing, badminton, workout, et cetera.

Unsa'y pinakamaayo ug pinakanindot nga brand (and model) with regards to comfort, style, and durability? Kanang worth sa akong money jud :mrgreen:

you need to have a separate pair of shoes for badminton. gum sole, non-marking and low-heeled ang required for badminton. Buy mizuno badminton shoes sa mint in BTC. Also, buy mizuno running shoes didto. Very very light shoes. It's also a classy brand so dili ka bitin sa mga nike, new balance and adidas shoes.

pang gym lang nga gmit, mas nice jud ang adidas nga brand, lig-un jud cya. I've used my gum sole rubber shoes around the gym for the last few months and it's still holding up till now

as for running.. kanang gaan, i'm not familiar which brands are good though.

as for wall climbing, i'll suggest the "driving" shoes sa puma. A friend of mine is using that right now and pwidi sad cya magamit all around sa gym, the sole is similar to the rubber used for wall climbing man gud... and as manila ra daw gi sell...

Don't just look on the design and the technology you have to consider the structure of ur foot I mean the shape... if u have a low Arch, High arch, or flat footed...because this is the reason of heel ankle injury and sheens splint for runners..

hiking
etc.

If you'll do outdoors, buy Merrell or Salomon. They've got tougher soles.
Otherwise, all the others will do
