    btaw bro, dli man tanan dog walay papers = mongrel.

    Naa man mga purebred na wala papers, both parents are with pcci papers pero ang mga puppies wala nalang gpa process for faster disposal.

    nahan mangudko mag process og papers niya para sa iyang future na pup. kaso wala mangud nila ang mga papers

    sure judko pure breed ang mga lab kay dagko kayo. Dili sad mongrel! heheehehheeee

    ako pa nmo bos pra mahalin og dali imong pup ky ayw nlng e process ang papers,ky mao sd na usa mka mahal sa dog...naa pud uban na mo req jud sa papers,depende rasad s buyers....

    Yeah harsh but its how it is.

    The main purpose sa papers is to know the bloodline... Its a way to prove that you have something legit and something of value.


    Breeding is about responsibility and to improve the line but there are cases that self proclaimed "breeders" dont process/register dogs "for faster disposal" .. If they breed for profit alone then they should NOT be breeding in the first place. A good breeder will not sell his puppies to an irresponsible buyer. It is also a common practice that breeders buy back the dog/puppy if he finds out that the new owners are not taking proper care of it.

    If your puppys parents are registered you can ask for the litter paper and process it yourself. You can also ask local vets/breeders for assistance if you need help.

    One thing you have to keep in mind...If you are happy with your pet mongrel or pedigree then thats all that matters.

    We may have to agree to disagree on this. That's your logic. Most of us here are aware of the importance of registering the dog and I'm sure we are all for it, but saying that a dog is a mongrel just because he is not registered, is just way too presumptuous.

    WHAT: PCCI Document & Processing Seminar/Orientation

    WHEN: May 24, 2009 @ 5PM - After the Dog-Walk Caravan of Cebu South Dog Club reaches Talisay City Hall.

    WHERE: Talisay City Hall Grounds(in Front of the Flag Pole)

    WHO: Everyone. Members or non members of CSDC, Talisay residents or not. Dog owners of dogs that are with or WITHOUT PCCI registration.

    HOW MUCH: Totally FREE admission. NO registration FEE.

    The Cebu South Dog Club on their weekly seminar/orientation/program; will discuss on "PCCI Document & Processing Seminar/Orientation", this Sunday, May 24, 2009; 5PM, After the Dog-Walk Caravan of Cebu South Dog Club reaches Talisay City Hall. Guilliam B. Roque the Vice-President for Internal Affairs will be the Resource Speaker of the said event.


    Admission is FREE, NO FEES to be collected to attend the seminar.

    The outline of the seminar/orientation is as follows:

    - What is PCCI or Philippine Canine Club Incorporated. Brief Background of PCCI.

    - What is the PCCI "Certified Pedigree & Registration Certificate". Explanation of the document and why it is also an "Open Transfer of ownership FORM.

    - Requirements for PCCI membership and PCCI registration and application form.

    - What is a "Kennel Name". How to apply and process kennel name applications, explanation of "Kennel Name" registration.

    - Litter Registration. How to register or apply for PCCI pedigree of your puppies and guidelines in the registration.

    - Fees to be paid for each PCCI processing as per PCCI Board Resolution No. 1823SO11242007 or the PCCI Revised Schedule of Fees of 2008.

    - where, who and how to process the said PCCI forms and applications.

    NOTES:

    - The venue is Talisay City Hall Grounds(in Front of the Flag Pole). there will be no chairs and tables on the event. though the parking area is ample and the venue itself is large to accommodate more than 200 participants; the venue is NOT covered. so this really depends on the weather. hopefully it won't rain.

    - Cebu South Dog Club weekly dog-walk, assembles in the parking area of Talisay District Hospital @4PM. starts the dog walk @430pm going to Talisay City Hall via SRP.

    - IF you cant join the dog-walk you can always wait at the Talisay City Hall Grounds @5PM to wait for the CSDC Dog-walk caravan to arrive and the seminar to start.

    - we need sponsorships for FOOD and DRINKS or REFRESHMENT. if you are a private organization, private businessman, a club or someone with extra resources to shoulder the REFRESHMENT we will be very happy accept sponsorships. please contact JUDE at the number posted below.
