aside from katrina halili and maricar reyes, ruffa mae quinto is also
involved in the hayden kho scandals...
and bong revilla is making this law the topic of his privilege speech days ago..
there are lots of women being victimized by these scandals, the question is why now..
they could have done it years ago..
election?
