1. What is the thing u dread so much in your job or nature of ur job?
> Pressure within wen people expect too much of u. Patient and their families expect that u need to do everything for them.

2. How do u deal with it?
> What i can do is wat is just right and appropriate for my patients (and their families) to the best of my capabilities. However, human as i am i have my limits too. Yet i will stay as an advocate and as professional as can be in dealing matters pertaining to his health care regimen. (Site a concrete example that will lead to expounding more of ur character as a worker).
