    wala pud kono allowance or sweldo samtang ga training ka then wala pa jud assurance nga ma hired ka sa PS

    bati man ang Aspire oe kay wala sweldo or allowance unlike other call centers...then ingon ako kaila nga pabayron nuon sila ug 4500...what can you say about that?

    Aspire is not a call center. It's like Call Center Academy, CELI, LEAD Career Movers, etc. who trains people to be qualified to work in a call center. Mao nang mobayad sila. P4,500 is affordable enough compared to the others who charge 8-12 thousand.
    Those who are training in Aspire are mostly kadtong wala naka pass sa exam, or interview sa Aegis PS, mao nang they are given an opportunity to be trained and be hired after training.
    Di man sad tanan mobayad kay naa man sad scholarship grants from TESDA.

    yah i know nga Aspire kay dili na cya call center ...what i mean is connected baya na sila sa PS, so kung naa i train ang PS i deritso jud dha dba?

    Nope. As I mentioned, those who are training in Aspire are mostly kadtong mga applicants nga nangapply sa PS unya wala naka pass sa exam, or interview, mao nang they are given an opportunity to be trained and be hired after training bisan asa nga call center. di lang kay PS

    natural aegis is people support..... it depends on your performance!!

    if you'll, improve then you get in for the usual hiring process..

    good for you if you'll be endorsed then pass the hiring process......
