well for me,, it makes things that are impossible possible, nya in every character no need na to worry their acting because u knw, they're anime. nya ang ubn.. di na nako ma explain..

Different people, different preferences. You can ask the same thing to a food enthusiast.. or a car collector. It's quite hard to explain the reason. But we like it, that's that.

for me, most dli ganahan ug Anime's kai mga knang dli hilig ug drawings, dli ganahan maski cartoons, dli computer literate, dli video gamer, dli ganahan ug DAGKOG MATA, dli kai KINGKOY daw, hahahah and etc.

kai ako video gamer man jud ko. I found out na watching anime's are option when I got tired playing Final Fantasy, Street Fighter, Tekken, Metal Gear SOLID, Dragon Warrior, Resident Evil, and so on hahahh. watching anime simply by sitting down and you don't need controllers to finished it. and I've realized that I love video games and so as anime. XD

- seen from a commercial (GMA, ABS-CBN, channel5, QTV)
- seen from a action figure (errr ah basta hahahah xD, gundams diay xD)
- seen from a toy (Bakusou Kyoudai Lets and GO!, Crush Gear, BeyBlade)
- seen from a magazine (Questor, Culture Crash ug unsa pnang mga bag.o karun)
- seen from a video game (megaman, final fantasy, king of fighters, street fighter, tower of druaga)
- seen from a card game (yugioh)
- heard from a friend (ui nindut kaau ang DEATH NOTE!! CUTE KAAU C KIRA. LOL)
- attended Anime Conventions and witnessed the world of Cosplay (ui gwapa kaau xa. sa asa gni na nga anime?)
- seen from a Drawing (cool lage na. sa asa gni na nga anime?)
- read from a manga or other stuff (nindut lage ni akong kibasa.. Anime diay ni? wow mo watch nya ko)
- influence from friends (ui unsa man jud nang NARUTO?... *char*)
- influence sa mga bata (Anak: papa dungan ta watch ug FLAME OF RECCA, basta dli kai tuslokon nq imo lobot. hahah)

watching anime lets us escape from reality, even for a little while. and also, some, like me, na-influence since bata pa (aka, read the 80's -- my little pony, care bears, she-ra, he-man, transformers, kimba, astroboy) and we take it with us until adulthood (nagpaila lang ko sa akong edad?).

it's also a way of connecting with people who have the same interests as us. Ang akong kinugos mas nakahibalo pa sa mga moves ni Naruto keysa nako (pero dili na kaayo ko tigsunod ug Naruto these days, manga nalang ko mu-follow) and it's good that we're interacting in such a way na magkasinabtanay mi (he's 6 years old!!).

and as blissfullynaive so succintly put it -- different people, different preferences!!
