wa sad ko kasabot ni diaw when he was with the hawks, the hawks management told him to play his heart out, they even told him to go selfish but instead, he keeps on passing the ball and grabeh ang shot selection, di na lang gud mo-shot. hahay... i guess, di na jud cya gnahan sa atlanta. im happy for him though...

when you're playing with a team that losses more games than any team in the league ie Atlanta, Toronto, it's hard to keep your spirits high and play hard every single game. maybe it's too much for them to overcome, Jason Terry(former Hawk and currently a Maverick), has his own radio show here in Big D, was asked how it felt coming from a losing team and then playing with a top caliber team like Dallas, he said "losing almost every game takes its toll on players, most often teamwork is non existent coz most players have "to each his own" mentality and pad their scorecards so a scouting team would consider hiring them after their contracts expires". or it becomes a 9-5 job where they wear their uniforms and just show up for the games, just like what Diaw did when he was with the Hawks.
