yes, the current setting of the Philippine politics is a crap. Corruption is everywhere so how could we vision progress through our government?

But I think there is still hope. If we have a good vision for ourselves and to the people directly around us. And if we stick our focus and efforts to that good vision then we might have progress. And if all Filipinos are doing likewise, then our country can have progress even without the aid of the government.

I remembered a year ago when I was still employed in a certain company here in cebu. A lot of our officemates complained among ourselves about our salaries, it's very meager and compared to our friends who are already working in singapore it's just about 10% of their earning and we are doing more or less the same work. So I told them, we couldn't get more from the company, they have their own vision, and if their vision is to get more profit then it's greatly not aligned with ours who wants to get more salary. So I think we need to have our individual vision and put an extra work to realize it. As for me, I joined several freelance websites and earned extra from it. Today I already run my own company, even though it's just a small company, I have direct control of what I'll earn, and I employ a few fellow as well.

the first thing we have to consider if we were to completely redesign our social system is "how do you prevent corruption". Corruption is inevitable in a monetary system.
