I wasn't able to ask with regards to that but i'll try tomorrow. I called my ninong and he said it is a ground for sexual harrasment. He mentioned that there are two kinds of sexual harrasment, one is physical and the other is psychological. This falls on the pscychological category. The only problem he mentioned is how to prove that he was actually the one talking on the messenger. But the case can have a substance if persued.

Yes bro, sakto ka. It's a harassment. I'd like to add lang pd but to the other side, the girl tried to put someone into shame and that itself can also have a legal implications that can be against her. I forgot the term but it's not libel. More like of a written defamation but other than libel.

My good intention is to stop nalang unta this thread. Both parties made mistakes. The guy shouldn't have harassed the girl and the girl shouldn't have posted in a public forum their private conversation. That was so immature in the first place, sorry if it sounds offending to the girl but also the guy is so immature to have asked the girl about a serious topic. So, it's between 2 immature people actually. And here we are adding more wood to the flame, that makes us immature also. hehehe
