except for a libel case, no other reason she can be sued for making such thread. it really depends on the intention. the intention of the TS is purely clear and that is for everyone to be aware of what he does and therefore warning his future victims. how can you be sued for warning people? that is an insane mindset. the TS clearly doesn't intentionally wanted to aurally defamate the guy. its just pure heads-up. if in case the person sues for libel, i doubt if the case can have substance because the intention of the thread is to make people aware... I know this because my ninong is a Judge at the Regional Trial Court and I ask him for legal things. he specializes on this kind of things.

I wasn't able to ask with regards to that but i'll try tomorrow. I called my ninong and he said it is a ground for sexual harrasment. He mentioned that there are two kinds of sexual harrasment, one is physical and the other is psychological. This falls on the pscychological category. The only problem he mentioned is how to prove that he was actually the one talking on the messenger. But the case can have a substance if persued.

dapat mag talk nalang mo sa incharge sa HR sa CAltek or whoever labaw nga incharge niya aron they can deal some form of penalty niya.. (thru the company)
