yes, it can help but still the same, sa kalisod sa mga tao karn ug daghan nangalay off sa trabaho, nangita jud ang mga tao nga makabarato... ako man gani, barato na ako offer sa akong mga rooms, naa gehapon ko vacant.. i was planning unta na magtukod ug lain mga apartment but i just postpone it muna even though cheaper ang mga building materials karon kay i have to consider kung mapuno ba ang mag rent sa apartment or vacant.. but in the long run, nindot jud siya na business.. money really works for you...

for me, if il construct an apartment, ROI tingali dretso kay sure namn na naa kay makuha evry month for ur sustenance, pray lng dli masunog, i dont believe dat ul spend only 100,000 per door hehe, senya kay cge mig construct, im quiet familiar. for a 100,000, i thnk flooring ra na sya, ul spend for earth moving, kapilya, mason, laborer, tools, etc.

for 20 door apartment, i thnk each apartment will cost you 500,000 sure na tingali na namahuman imong apartment, i thnk pana, naa pay kuryente, pipes for water, ceiling etc. waaah, kawatan na laborer, kurakot, etc

libog ang computation, not clear and simple. Its not easy to discuss this, Because this involves the time value of money. I would consider this ROI :

satisfactory investment : 3-5 % increase in asset minus everything including inflation.
    good investment :>5 - 8% ...same
    great investment : >8 -12%...same

This is a per year basis. or average will do. usually the return on is erratic but averaging
it would be best. Real estate investments are quite risky but may be rewarding.

Of course, 2 sides of a coin...the positive and the negative. Its really up to the investor
to think wisely...and also....luck has to do with it.
