brotherly advise, watch out those who are using loud mufflers coz my colleague has been penalized using this law written below. 15,000 ang fee sa LTO to claim his license. TMG ang nagdakop niya yesterday sa UCLM nga checkpoint.

i know bro that law is taken from P.D. 96. its an old law nga gihimo ni anhing Marcos. kung imo na ipabasa sa TMG kung naka indicated ba diha nga loud muffler (DBS) that produces exceptionally loud or startling sound? tanan gi state ana nga law is all about additional gadgets/attachments that produces loud sound. ang walay mga utok nga TMG wala kahibaw nga dili intawn na gadget/attachment ang muffler oi.. its a vital part of a motorcycle!

wala pa intawn raider150 nga naka dbs sa panahon nga gi himo na ni Marcos nga law..

for me bro i know he is just a victim of harassment and discrimination. the official would probably want a way thru his pocket which is very unfortunate coz my colleague has nothing but a 20 peso bill only.

for the violation issued by your friend, it was clear that it cost only 150 pesos..
