A good engine oil will definitely give you better performance that will turn into fuel savings. Unfortunately, you cannot get that oil from the big brands no matter how expensive and no matter how good their claims are. Test it yourself how good these engine oils can stand under high temperature flame test and check their lubricity and viscosity after. If your engine oil boils in less than 5 seconds (they do in less than 3 seconds) and does not return to its expected viscosity, that is not good for your engine. Most engine oils from big brands cannot really protect your engine and you do not have choice but to change the oil frequently.

A good engine oil will not burn during combustion of your fuel, it should have a very high smoke and flash point. A good engine oil will keep its viscosity and lubricity even subjected to heat in combustion chamber. A good engine oil will not easily oxidize over time.

If your oil doesn't have the above quality, you have to change it often together with your oil filter.

Ask ko ba pila man kasagaran ma-consume (in liters or quarts) na oil [Change Oil] sa 6th Gen. Galant? and unsa nindot na oil and weight [10W40]? Halvoline? Castrol? Mobil?

Naay ni charge nako ug 500 (home service) wala'y labot sa oil, k ra ba na? tagpila pud ang oil filter? kinahanglan ba jud ni ilisdan kada change oil? salamat

Mahal ra ang 500 snax...adto na lang sa shell ai kay barato ra....The mineral oil sa shell (yellow container) is good...although it is not as good as the synthetic oil, it should be good for its price
