There are a lto of gradings for mizuno gis... But to be honest they are some of the worst gis for one they shrink a lot, never pre-shrunk. secondly, the weave is too heavy, and lastly, unless your talking about the mizuno yawara gis they are very uncomfortable (on the other hand, mahal kaayo ang yawara!)

mao jud. mahal kaau ang mizuno yawara na gi. pero mao japon na aq dream gi kay tungod sa name nga mizuno hehe. lig-on man sad kaau mizuno dili basta2x. second choice nq is adidas na gi.

I thought so. By the way, are jiujitsu gis allowed in Judo competition? Although I havent tried one of those but they look very slick and comfy.

kani nga training ni gawas ni kay as ive seen sa manga nangadto sa culb dili tanan manga batn-on

mao bitaw amo gi groups ang amo practise, kato pang sport judo nga members, tuesday og thursday pirme mu adto kay dedicated man na pang judo tournamnets.
pero naa man gud mu adto nga edad edaran na, ang uban naa na pud problema sa spine, knees, and ang ila conditioning dilipa pud ingana ka nindot.
naa pud uban ang gusto pang self defence ra jud ila gusto, so they need strikes ang kicks. etc.
mao bitaw og naa jud gusto pure grappling, ako ipa adto sa gracie barra kay lain baya ang rules about grappling ang amo gi adopt, pang judo rules baya.
mao na nga saturday amo strikes kay ang kasagaran, dili na maka sport judo, saturday ra available kay trabaho man
usahay pud invited man pod mi "open mats" so the learnng exteds!!!!
as ive said, clearly, ang book nga ako gi adopt kay, KODOKAN JUDO BY JIGORO KANO. :"thx d i ni pareng george sa book"
og wala pa naaakakita ang nga book naa pud dha ang strikes, weapons and self def. especially for women
