actually india is cheaper. a lot cheaper than philippines. hence the reason why india is our biggest competitor
but companies are choosing phils because of the better english as well as better customer service. not to mention better food and town when they go on-site

NEVER!.. no other country in the world na cheap ang labor.. den maau mo english.. sa accent plang daan dli na cla kalupig.. one thing s for sure the call center biz is here to stay.. unless ma pobre ang US..
