I think you need to have a dream notebook, take note of all your dreams in the morning then check if matinuod ba sila o dili, in that way you can track if matinuod ba ang imong mga dreams or not, its actually called "dream recall".

mao niy problem nako.. d ko maka remember sa akong dreams.. i wke up in the morning.. murag wala ra, hehe! naa mn gani.. pero wa jd... blank jd ig mata nako.. hehe...


but, smetimes.. so confusing kay, der are times na mag laag2x ko or mgkita sa mga friends.. dn maka feel jd ko na mura naman jud nig nabalik? cge jd ko ask sa ako self ana,nanu kaha ni murag ni balik naman jd ni na panghitabo ...naay one time na naka tag-an na gd ko sa nxt na panghitabu ky feel nku ni balik nmn jd.. d ba kaha ni mao ang naa sa akong dream na na fulfilled...? ambut lng jd uy Libug man,..Hehe!
