My aunt bought from silicon valley 1.5 years a go a P4 2.4 gig PC (set) and now naguba ang processor sa iyang pc, when she went to silicon valley, ingon sila one year ra ilang wrrantly so gipakita sa akong aunt ang booklet(comes with every proc) about intels 3yr warranty and asked asa ma claim ang 3 yrs warranty.


so mga bro and sis,ngutana unta ko kung kibalo mo asa mu claim aning 3 yrs warranty sa processor, kung naa man gani? sayang man gud kong palitan ug lain

I think imo man siguro na i ship to Intel. Not sure though.

My processor also comes with a 3 year warranty at PC HUB.

if na palit nimo sa shop nga mu offer upto 3yrs(like PC-Hub, Arctech, Innsotech & other..) ok ra cuz they will ship the defective product to the suppliers

mao mani:

Retailer(pc-shop) ---> Supplier (Ex. pc-trends, net essentials, MDR, TTi & AXIS) ---> Intel local office [if naa silay stock they will give u the stock brand new and much faster w/ in cebu ,ga 3days if outside cebu mga 1-2weeks] pero if walay stock they could send it to their nerest factory and RECONSTRUCT ur mobo if possible or they could give u another RECON expect for 2-3months or more hehee]

if u know what is the supplier of the mobo from silicon valley, u must go directly and tell them where u bought this etc.. when etc.. and blah... all the details (this will not guarantee na ila pa ni ma carry ang warranty)

OR u can just send it to Intel directly to thier office ( OEM products 1yr. lang for the 3yrs BOX type so u need the exact box of ur product, badnews is ussually silicaon valley sell only OEM hehee)

OR u can call the intel hotline in singapore and ask some HELP on how to claim prod. warranty

bro, sakto to kang koto.. suwayi lang hangyo sa retailer napalitan nimo. but worst scenario is you will have to send the item back to intel via fedex, ups, dhl or anything you know who does.. the address to where you will have to send it is bundled to the box of the proc. tanawa lang iya terms and warranty.. naay address diha. shipping will take 2~3 working days so probably 2~3weeks bago nimo makuha balik. hope this help..

mao lagi, hangyo btaw didto ako auntie sa silicon valley, wala jud kono one year rajud.

ingon pa gani ko palit lang ta bago proc diha sa inyo(silicon valley) while waiting for the shipping/etcetc of the damaged proc. dili jud daw. my auntie talked to the shop manager today, dunno unsa ilang nasturyaan. bitaw sayanga. senseless ang 3yrs warranty kung di ghapon ma claim. naa man gud included nga mini bookled nga 3yrs warranty ang proc. so most probably dili to oem ang gamit silicon valley 1.5 years ago

What makes you think your Intel Processor maoy naguba? Have you tested it.

Maybe it could be your Video, Motherboard, PSU, Memory, or BIOS.

bitaw bro, sakto to kang akari. na try nimo na sa lain mobo? kay medyo lihit man gud ang problem ang proc. posible ma damage ra na when overclocking like raising vcore voltage higher. or maybe heat issue..

dont buy at silicon valley next time period. balit nalang brand new proc from local stores that has good aftersales.
