tough and stressful. customer service skills is needed along with technical skills to perform better
it could be fun but could eventually get tiring. it all depends on how much you love ur job and how much u enjoy it

agents abroad are earning about $35 per hour more or less depende sa account.. diri sa ato over utilize na mga agents samot na kung palapad inyong TL ug mga flor walkers.. murag mga maau mo troubleshot mga kanahan!
basta ako? i cant imagine working for a call center for more than a year.. good for those who can..
