Whatever happened to retaking a subject, so that your failing mark disappears from your TOR?

It depends on the kind of job you want. Like in law firms for example, they don't really pay attention to how many extracurriculars you were joined in, they look at the grades.

And if you were looking for a job, and the Human Resources people were to receive an applicant with better grades with similar personality as you, who would they choose, really? How can you compete with someone who has better grades? Unless of course you have an even more fantastic personality and you have the ability to charm the pants off your interviewer, so yeah.

If you're in a course that starts you off as an employee of someone, and if you want a good future, I suggest you take your studies seriously, and stop wasting your time and your parents' money.

And since you're asking this question, perhaps you already do care about future.

    Good luck to you. ^^
