    I visited St. Bernadette, Corinthians, and Genesis Sub in Masulog Lapu-Lapu to see the actual condition of the subdivision and the housing unit. Check ko lang kung ok ba dahil may balak akong bumili ng unit doon. Nagtanong-tanong ako sa mga nakatira sa subdiviion.

    I just want to know if it is true or not at para malinawan ung doubt ko na bumili ng housing sa Corinthian at St. Bernadtte:

    I've heard negative feedbacks about project of Jhondorf Ventures Corporation and Prohomes Development Inc. The customers were not satisfied dahil low/poor quality daw ung unit (maraming crack ung mga bahay sub standard ang mga materials na ginamit), mabagal daw ung response time pag may problema sa housing, walang maayos na parking at nag-aaway na ung mga homeowners dahil sa parking ay nasa daan, ang tubig daw ay deepwheel at hindi MCWD as marketed, mahal ang tubig, mataas daw ung association monthly dues, maraming mga bata daw ung nagkasakit ng amoeba dahil sa tubig, malabo daw ung association officers, and daming bawal, wala daw official receipt, masy association dues pa daw ung extra lot, maramin daw ung pinutulan ang water supply pero nagbabayad naman ng water bills promptly, ung contract daw ay one sided lang at pabor lahat sa Johndorf Ventures / Prohomes, marami daw mga fees na hindi na explain ng developer, ....

    For those interested housing buyers, please consider the following before buying a housing:

    1.) Please visit HLURB website for more infor and guidelines when buying a house.
    2.) Review the contract and have the contract reviewed by your atty. Ipabasa nyo lang sa atty hindi naman siguro mahal kung ok ba ang contract.
    3.) Water is not part of a association monthly dues
    4.) Magtanong-tanong kayo kung ok or hindi ba ung bahay na bibilhin mo.
    5.) Know kung ano ang bawal at pwede.
    6.) Wala bang problema sa parking
    7.) maganda ba ung existing homeowners association. Membeship of a homeowner association is not compulsory.
    8.) You should know PD 957.
