It started with pakyaw nya daghan na ang nangutana kang sir fernandez. U can ask the UC players. Pag storya ni sir fernandez kang pakyaw iya man g confirm nga mao na inyo sulti. Unya maau na. In fact, nahibaw an nila nga inug adto ni Sensie Ken iya tunolan ug sekreto ug papel nga duna tel. number nya ang taga UC kay patawagon para maka praktis sa USC. And one of these students kay si Juanito. Ngano patago man ang imbitasyon kung dili daotan ug tuyo?

I've trained both from the USC and Abellana Club before and quite frankly, dli man gyud ka tudlo ang Abellana sa beginners. Daghan ra kayo ang istudyante, so dli ma-atiman ug sakto.

And if Abellana prides itself nga the best club in Cebu and has won more medals than USC, ngano mahadluk man mo mamalhin inyong istudyante?

Honestly, USC has some of the most talented Judokas in Cebu. They just come and go. It takes more than talent to win a championship. It's Hardwork, and I've seen it in Abellana.

By the way, I don't train anymore so don't come PM me and ask for a fight. Heheheh. Peace!

guys just want to tell you about my version on the pakyaw, gesim issue. its up to you if you belive me or not,
i did not recruit gesim or pakyaw, please! i have too much respect on vic ant tracy to do that
i specifically told gesim and pakyaw to come on thursdays only because thats the day we are having our ne-waza technique, and since dili conflict sa sched sa abellana nga MWF.
i gave my number ni gesim because ni ingun cya nako nga ma ulaw cya mu sulod sa USC kay basi kuno ma bugalbugalan cya sa manga istudyante didto, mao nga magpa kuyog cya nako sa sulod.
wala tawn nako cya pireta. ingun man pud cya nako gusto cya ma improve iya grappling,
mao bitaw ni ingun ko nga wala ko kbalo the kind of judo abellana has kay nganu ni hangyu man nako cla nga mu praktis cla sa USC og grappling. wala jud to malice ako pag ingun ato
ambot lang og unsa ila version gi hatag ni vic. pero mao ra jud na ako mahatag. kay mao man na amo sabot about them practicing in USC. if you fell im wrong then, im guilty
if thats piracy then im guilty

and to all readers in this thread, i would like to give you insights about our version in judo in USC
this is really not my program, this is the collaboration of the black belts in USC(wala ko labot)
specifically, Noli Wong sensei, Ely Lara sensei, Rudy Tindugan sensei, Vic Roa sensei, and sensei Java,Gabriel Wong, Richie Tindugan, Archt Loth Pura, Archt Clarence Dosdos.
TUESDAYS we do throws with the supervision of the sensei, and the instructors are Gabriel Wong and Clarence Dosdos
THURSDAYS we do grappling technique with the supervision of the sensei and the instructors are Richie Tindugan and Archt. Loth Pura, with the help of the Labangun guys and the Gracie Barra guys
SATURDAYS we ko kicks, punches, and weapons, (disarming, usage etc.) thanks also to SKA, Penchak Silat, Vovinam and Yaw yan guys for helping us out, and one of our Muslim bro for the weapons
FYI: our source for this program is KODOKAN JUDO, by Jigoro Kano
and because wala mi kita og japanese judo instructor nga ni tudlo og kicks punches and weapons, thats y my source are the local, stand up masters and for the weapons are our Muslim bro.(dili ni pusil ha! kutsilyo ni og arnis)
so thats it! thats our JUDO in USC, thanks!

Ganon naman pala e bakit di mo puntahan ang taga abellana to talk about the matter. The more you keep silent on the issue the more the lalaki ang gap. Kung totoo ang sinasabi mo you should be man enough to approach them and explain your side. Except for the piracy issue, in admit mo na binigyan mo talaga ng phone number yung players nila. You should explain that to them baka iba ang sinabi sa kanila.

I dont think Abellana is afraid to lose their students. Ang issue kasi ay piracy of students which implicitly shows lack of respect to the people running the club. We can all co-exist and enjoy Judo. Pag pina pirate yong players its pambabastos.

mao nga naa mi program nga gi sunod. heheheheeheh

pero og gusto jud cla more on grappling, i would recommend sa GARCIE BARRA kay the best in cebu!
At saka Barcode does not seem to know what sport judo is. Sport Judo training does not include blows and weapons. Yong program ninyo that include blows and weapons hindi pang sport yon. Since nagmayabang ka na pang nationals or prisaa or cviraa ang training ninyo, can you mention the names of your players who has won in this tournaments? Cebu City Judo club lang ang kilala nila and they are consistent in their attendance during national competitions and has already won many medals.

With due respect, I dont think Barcode999 bragged about their training system superior to others. He just emphasized that he is there to help run the USC club by taking charge of the training since he is the one who probably has the time. I would like to think that Barcode999 did this with outmost sincerity to help others. I have seen his post even encouraging new comers to approach Abellana Judo as well as USC Judo if they are interested. This is not characteristic of a man who wants to "pirate".

I am not a Judoka that is why i am trying my best to be objective on this issue. Barcode999 may just be too willing to help but sadly he is beeing misconstrued. And to say that ones capacity is determined by the number of medals one wins in competition is a myopic view at what Judo is all about. Judo is first and foremost a way of life characterized by humility, gentleness, sincerity and sacrifice for the common good. The sport side is just one of the avenues to express the art of Judo. In my own opinion, i think we should not put too much weight on heresay as the basis of our judgement. maybe a more appropriate view would be to address this to the person directly with out showing any tinge of prejudgement. It would not have blown up this much. I think Barcode999 might have given his side had he not been prejudged. Remember, what is at stake here is Judo in the eyes of the public.Mudslinging and namecallings honestly surprised me..this is not the way Jigoro Kano would have subscribed to, wether the person is guilty or not. Attacking the person rather than the issue is a sign of weakness.

I think distrust is hounding the Judo community in Cebu and may just have been magnified by this unfortunate event.. We, your martial arts brothers from other Arts are praying and hoping that this will be resolved because we respect so much the Judo community..deal the issues with sincerity and respect...after all..the way this will be handled will separate Men from Boys...

Don't you think it's the other way around, Yawara a.k.a Jamby a.k.a BabyAngelina? Having trained from both the USC and Abellana club, I haven't notice any conflict at all.

Badmouthing someone without even showing his face is pure cowardice. Since you revealed Ken's identity, why not give him the respect by also giving him your true name?

Also, since you mentioned Seppuku - the traditional way of suicide. Why don't you give him first the chance to prove himself as a BlackBelt - TO EITHER OF YOU....... the traditional way. A VALE-TUDO, perhaps?

Truly, being questioned about your BlackBelt is disgraceful, I don't see any way around but to prove it to the one who questioned.

Haaahay! Keyboard Warriors.......... makes me want to train again.

Kana iya blackbelt wala man na papeles.
