haha, hapit nako maboang sa diet onins. ako diet kay works on me, i dont know sa lain tao, pero heres my list
Breakfast 9am - Promatrix (protein shake) 1 scoop, with 2 lakatan banana, ug 2 slices of wheatbread
Lunch 12nn - 1 Steamed Chicken Breast, 2 slices of wheatbread, 1 lakatan banana
midsnacks - Water-base tuna (yabo ang tubig), pineapple tidbits (yabo ang juice ha), halk-slice wheatbread
3am - same as lunch
midsnack nasad - same as above
6pm - same as lunch
8pm - 2 scoops of Pro-matrix - before and after workout
9pm - same as lunch
12 midnight - 1 scoop of Pro-matrix before sleeping.
ang wheatbread akong gi kaon kay naay gamay kaayo nga salt ug sugar sa ingredients, ako purpose ani kay I dont want to have 0% salt and sugar sa ko body, kay makadaot man sa imo Thyroid Gland if wala naka sugar ug salt, so ang wheatbread maoy naka pa hatag nako ug strength gamay sako workout, kay wala na gyud ko kusog.
pwede kaayo sir, pero Protein Drinks Suppkements are fast-acting proteins, they are i think the non-essential proteins, meaning, it is manufactured and engineered,
pero it is also important to take essential proteins, or slow-acting proteins, like solid foods, egg, redmeat, peanuts, etc.
kay these two types of proteins play a great part in your immune system, if either one is lacking, your body will have some abnormalities.
nindot ni nga gym kay "HOT" kaayo ilang trainers! LOL!
airconditioned (pero warm pag adto nako), nay shower, well, bag-o ang building so nice ila lugar.. what else?? daghang spanking brand new machines, ivanko ilang dumbbells (up to 100 lbs), limpyo, nay cardio og aerobics, etc... katong naka kita, ipuno lang unsa pay nindot didto.
ang naka apan kay aside sa dumbbells, minus ilang free weights. kung ganahan ka mag presses, rows, etc. adto ka sa ilang smith machine which is usa ra. wa man silay mga bars although ubay2 ilang plates.. ambot pilay pinaka bug-at nga plate didto... naa silay cable pero usa ra pud (if i remember it correctly) so kung ganahan ka mag pulldown or do other cable exercises, mag tapun-og mo didto, or mag pull-up ka kung maka daug nakas imong lawas kay murag naa toy provision ila smith machine.... it helps nga di pa ingon ana ka daghan ilang clients didto kay maghuwat unya ka kung nay naka una nimo.
i suggest mag put up silag individual stations for bench/incline/decline/military press, butangan sad nilag bars kay wa gyuy bar ako nakit-an bisan usa, cable machines para rowing, pushdowns, etc., kanang barbell rack sad nindot sad na.. overall, pun-eg daghang free weights... especially a squat/power rack!!
maybe you can lower your monthly rate kay mahal ra... di baya very accessible ang lugar.. maybe come-up with a promo nga kung mo enroll og pila ka months nay discount, or if student naa puy rate para ana.. also para pud atong annual mobayad.
