no, im just verifying para i will know kung i basic ka or i advnce type nga training, para lang ni sa flexibilty sa atong practis unya...... pwede bisan gahi ug bukog coz this kind of MA is not for young age kundili para ni sa matured people lets say kanang dapat college na ang level kay para dli sya mag lisud understand the principle and Techniques kay mao ask sad ko kay ang uban mo insister sa ilang previos arts no probs man pero atleast ma anticipate ta sa tao daan... pero makit-an man sa iyang moves or ability nga naa daan.....kkkkkkkk! ya! our HQ naa sa Pasil, sound not good to you noooo!, kahibaw koooo!!!!!!
Pero ok ra man nganto kaso lang as of now lapu2 usa kay naa man ko nag puyo nganhi.

every year we have 4 months practis in HQ and once a week lang, so thats August- November or extend to december.

wala man na probs kung taga cebu lang ka kay pwede man ta maka practis like saturday morning sa Ayala jogging place, or any place basta safe and pwede lang ka practis, ug ato na ma set ang time and day, pero kailangan daghan mo. 3-5 people ok na! pm lang nya kung naa kay friend s nga nterestd, kkkkkk!
