Just take your time to study and reflect for the Eastern point of view has something profound to teach us when it comes to Spirituality and not so much on their religions like Buddhism and Hinduism. Yes we have been here before whether you believe it or not. Nothing is accident even your coming here or choosing a particular set of parents and assuming a male body. Nothing is accident. Everything has a PURPOSE and a PERFECT REASON!

Very good question. I think in my humble opinion, GOD can assign or create new souls. Why not? Nothing is impossible with GOD. But these new souls have been previously incarnated from the lower forms of consciousness or life forms which are not in human form.

All sentient beings like animals are free from karma because they only live with their own instincts but not on REASON.
