    Good exercise and at the same time matawag ug extreme sports sad ni. Advantage to mga slim or mga gaan ug lawas ini.

    wala pa man formal groups and trainings ani diri sa cebu but it would be so great if ever naa na. for sure i'll be among those who will join. ganahan kaayo ko aning parkour.

    I've tried this in the seventies...

    as an adolescent, when we we were pursued by security guards and dogs inside schools, big compounds, the pier area...

    we ran on the streets, jumped over obstacles, climbed branches, glide over rivers and over rooftops, backflip at the waterfront area, forward roll over grassy areas, run after cargo trucks and flip overboard...the possibilities are endless and we were full of vim and vigor...

    Not into it now. My bones are aching. I do trail running nowadays.

    i think my friend Wilson is also into this. He tried different sports na but mostly badminton enthusiast siya. i'll invite him on this thread.

    that would be greate dude...
    then if he's really into parkour he could provide tutorials, or form a team maybe, that is if he's willing..lol..
