dugay naman kaayo ni... sige man ko take vit C then kaon sad ko prawns ug shrimp. Okay ra man basta dili lang palabian. As always, anything sobra is bad.

thanks for the very informative info... but i just wanna ask something, kanang vit. c na gpasabot is strictly kanang tablets ra na xa? or anything that has vit c (e.i. oranges) dili jud pwedi?

if this is true and there is a clinical studies on this naa na unta pahibalo
in all vitamin c label: beware don't mix up with shrimps/prawns or get dead!
